Jason Billington is a third-generation insurance agent
following his grandfather, Guy Billington, and his father, Bob Billington,
owners of The Murray Insurance Agency. He started his insurance career with The
Murray Insurance Agency in 1996. Jason is a third-generation Murray State
University graduate, having attained his Bachelor’s and MBA from MSU.  Additionally, he has achieved the insurance designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM), and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS).    

Community endeavors are of importance to Mr. Billington. He has served in leadership on the HOPE Calloway board, The Murray Calloway County Chamber of Commerce, and The West Kentucky Regional Chamber Alliance. He is currently serving on the board of Murray Watch.  Jason also volunteers his time coaching Special Olympics. 

Professionally, Jason has served on the Board of The Independent
Insurance Agents of Kentucky.  Jason is a member of Hardin Baptist Church, where he teaches Sunday School.  He is married to author Jen Jeffrey Billington.  They reside in Kirksey, KY, and have three sons and three grandchildren.
